Why day and night?

The two formulas differ in how the capsule releases, not in what is inside it. Day is normal release, so it is taken shortly before you need it. Night is delayed release, built to open later, which is what lets you take it at bedtime rather than setting an alarm for the small hours. Between them they cover the whole 24 hours from two points in the day.

How to take it

During the day

Start with one capsule in the morning as a trial, on a relatively empty stomach, and see how you get on. If you notice nothing, add a capsule to the morning dose and try again, in single-capsule steps, until you find the amount that suits you. Then stay there.

Take it around 30 to 40 minutes before something you plan to do, and keep it away from protein-rich meals, since dietary protein competes with natural L-DOPA for the same absorption route.

At night

Start with one capsule 15 minutes before bed, with a light snack containing no protein. Build up in the same single-capsule steps if you need to.

Either way

Timing matters as much as amount. If a day goes badly, try shifting the timing by 15 minutes before you reach for another capsule. This is the Continuum Method™ principle: small changes, steady response.
