The Complete Bundle brings together the whole MacuDopa range in one order: the two Mucuna formulas, the multivitamin, the evening formula and the digestive formula. Buying them together costs less than buying them separately. Every raw material we use undergoes rigorous HPLC or specification testing before it goes into a capsule.

MacuDopa Day

A normal-release 700mg vegan capsule containing our proprietary two-part blend of Mucuna pruriens: a 60% HPLC-standardised extract for measured, repeatable content, and a 3% standardised whole raw seed carrying the broader phytochemical profile of the bean. With added vitamin B12 and folate, which contribute to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and biotin and niacin, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

MacuDopa Night

The same two-part Mucuna blend in a delayed-release capsule, built to open later so it can be taken at bedtime rather than in the small hours. With added BF¹²: folate, biotin and the methylated forms of vitamin B12 and B9.

MultiDopa

A multivitamin and mineral formula with CoQ10 and magnesium, put together as a companion to the Mucuna formulas rather than a general supermarket multivitamin. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

SomniDopa

An evening formula combining magnesium with lemon balm and other calming botanicals, for the end of the day. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

EaseDopa

A gentle blend of botanicals, prune fruit concentrate and magnesium for everyday digestive comfort. Typically taken once daily, often in the evening.

How to take them

Introduce one product at a time rather than all five at once. Start with MacuDopa Day, find the amount and timing that suit you over a week or two, then add the others one by one. If you start everything together and something does not agree with you, you will not know which one it was.

Each product carries its own directions on the label. Do not exceed the stated dose on any of them.
