  3. Regular Meals: Maintain a regular eating schedule. Eating at consistent times can help regulate your digestive system and promote regular bowel movements.

  4. Physical Activity: Engage in regular physical activity, such as gentle exercises or walks, as this can stimulate bowel function and improve overall digestion.

  5. Positioning: When using the toilet, sit in a relaxed posture with your feet flat on the ground. Consider using a footstool to elevate your feet slightly, which can help position your body for easier bowel movements.

  6. Timing: Many people experience a natural urge to have a bowel movement after meals. Take advantage of these signals and visit the bathroom when you feel the urge.
