How long it lasts
This depends entirely on how much you take, so here is the arithmetic rather than a claim.
Two bottles of MacuDopa Day give you 240 capsules. At 4 capsules a day that is two months. At 8 a day it is one month. At 12 a day it is around three weeks.
Most people settle somewhere in the middle once they have found their own amount, which is why we sell the two Day bottles together. If you are just starting, you will probably use less than you expect.
How to take it
Both formulas work the same way: start with one capsule, and if you notice nothing, add one and try again, in single-capsule steps, until you find the amount that suits you. Then stay there.
MacuDopa Day is taken on a relatively empty stomach, around 30 to 40 minutes before something you plan to do, and away from protein-rich meals.
MacuDopa Night is taken 15 minutes before bed with a light snack containing no protein.
Timing matters as much as amount. If a day goes badly, try shifting the timing by 15 minutes before you reach for another capsule.
